2. Payment & Pricing
- All prices and packages are clearly communicated prior to service delivery.
- Payment terms must be agreed upon before project commencement. Typically, 50–60% advance is required, and the remaining upon completion.
- DIM reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
- Approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials created by DIM remain our property until full payment is received.
- Clients may use deliverables for intended purposes after full payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
DIM will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
- Outcomes affected by client-provided content, market conditions, or third-party platforms.
6. Termination
DIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Terms are violated by the client.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
